Making a Difference, Together
On Thursday, November 30th, 2023, Be A Mentor will host our 11th Annual Gala at The Habit in Charleston, South Carolina. The Gala pays tribute to children who are going places and the mentors who are believing in our local youth as we are entering our Twentieth year of Mentorship.
As our signature fundraising event, the Gala will feature music, light fare, and libations. Additionally, we hold a silent and live auction featuring premiere items and unique experiences from businesses across the Lowcountry. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, last year's in-person event was a huge success with significant media attention, we raised over $100,000! This year we need YOUR HELP to reach our goal of $120,000 to celebrate Twenty Years of Mentorship in the Lowcountry!
