In honor of the creepy crawlies coming out for Spring and our April Mentor Connect, which you can view a recap of here, our Monday Activity is an adorable way to help your mentee manage their anger express when something is "bugging" them.
What You Will Need: Paper A Pen or Marker Construction Paper or Colored Pencils In the center of the paper draw a bug like the one above. Be sure to leave enough room to write on the body of the bug. Next, you and your mentee should come up with a few things they can say when something upsets them that get their point across, yet are respectful and productive. On the body of the bug, you two can add a few things that your mentee can do when they are upset, but not ready to talk about it yep. The finished product should look similar to the one pictured.
